DJ SERVICES - PRICES
SOUND SYSTEMS & LIGHTING
All sound and lighting systems, as well as all DJ training, are designed and supervised by owner and lead photographer, Kris Gay.
I have a background as a Sweetwater Sales Engineer, specializing in designing and selling multi-million dollar recording studios and live sound systems for the rich and famous right down to local professional musicians. Every bit of equipment we use was hand picked by me. Every DJ that I employ has been personally trained by me, using over 20 years and over 800 weddings worth of experience, to ensure that your DJ provides M.C. or Master of Ceremonies services as well as coordinating all vendors behind the scenes so all events are completed per your schedule and personal requests. As a professional musician myself, I have an extensive knowledge of many different genres of music. Every DJ is trained to not only know their equipment inside and out, including troubleshooting any issues on site, but also knowing a wide variety of music genres from the last hundred years. We also bring A LOT of back up equipment with us on site down to extra speakers and other components, cables, adapters, and even extension cords. Electronics may occasionally fail so we're ready to keep the party rocking because we're prepared for everything! Regular ongoing training with all DJ's ensures that we stay your #1 Top Rated DJ vendor for our local area. No one else in our local area even comes close to our level of service.
Large Venue
or Corporate Banquet
$250/hr
- up to 1500 guests (can fill huge banquet halls for corporate events)
- team for fast set up and tear down
- largest speakers but not "3 ft tall huge" club sized - we often set up four speakers across the room for extremely large events
- subwoofer(s) for extra bass during fun dancing (turned on and tuned to specific set up during that time)

- large size DJ lighting set with 10 ft wide truss rod set up that goes up and over the DJ booth, multiple 4ft long sets of lights, additional lighting on truss rod set up, and lights under DJ set up plus backlighting booth area

Medium Venue
Wedding or Company Party
$200/hr
- up to 250 guests
- normal sized speakers, with or without subwoofer depending on space available and which DJ is used

- medium size DJ lighting set (1) 4ft long set of 4 lights plus lights under DJ set up and backlighting
- up to (6) up lights included free ($210 value FREE)
- minimum (4) hours
Intimate Venue
AKA "Tiny DJ"
$150/hr
- up to 80 guests
- smaller speakers appropriate to venue size - but not "tiny"
- wired microphone with extended cable length
- minimal DJ lighting with (1) 4ft long set of 4 lights plus lights under DJ table and speakers
- no up lights included
- minimum (3) hours
Ceremony Sound
$150
Up to one hour for guests to arrive and ceremony duration
- Includes (2) battery powered speakers, (2) speaker stands, white speaker stand scrim covers if desired, handheld microphone for officiant with stand, wireless microphone for couple if needed.

DJ Joel Crasper-Guzman
Joel's equipment
Joel uses top of the line equipment in a rolling rack case like the kind you see bands use when they travel on tour. This is so he can mount all of the equipment together and run cables inside the case for a clean look. He also has his own table with cover or a DJ facade that covers all of the equipment behind it. This create a clean and neat look for all stands, cables, and equipment. The photos that you see of Joel working below with a large mixer were for a live sound event. We've also included several photos of his set up for an outdoor wedding. When we provide sound for outdoor weddings, we can put the speakers in front or behind the guests. We provide all of the music and microphones for your official and the couple so all of the guests can hear the ceremony well.
His audio system includes top of the line components from microphones wired and wireless, mixer, EQ, compression/gate/limiter, power conditioner, professional cables for reliable connections, and speakers (up to four) including subwoofers. His lighting system includes professional products from Chauvet including many different lighting products for various effects and a huge DMX lighting control board all connected to a truss rod system up to ten feet wide. He can scale his system to suit weddings with 150 guests or more up to huge corporate events with up to 1,500 guests.

Our makeup artist team consists of up to four professional artists at this time. Each artist uses the same type of kit with the same product lines for consistency. Every artist on our team is professionally trained by MAC with years of experience in both the beauty and wedding industry. Questions?
Brides typically pay for their trial run and their day of wedding MUA services and then let us know how many women need services so we can plan the right number of MUA team.
Generally, the bridesmaids and mothers/grandmothers all pay for their own MUA services on the wedding day. TIPS are recommended to the MUA team as they make less for the entire day than the DJ.
Same for photobooth attendants. They appreciate tips very much.
